"I have to say I loved the place, the grounds are amazing, the building is old and beautiful. It's truly lovely. The room was comfortable, but we needed to keep the window open to get some air flow. Toilet seat was odd. The evening manager was so helpful, what a hard worker, we found him doing all sorts of jobs. He paid attention to the guests needs while juggling many jobs. He made a call for us for food delivery since they're renovating the restaurant, just a kind and thoughtful thing to help us. Breakfast was excellent! This is a beautiful old hotel; I loved it."

"This hotel provided everything we needed for an overnight stay. Clean bathrooms, spacious rooms, a great breakfast and beautiful grounds for the little ones to stretch their legs. We used the pool and spa facilities twice during our stay and the kids loved it. Every member of staff that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for Funtasia and Emerald Park, we really enjoyed our stay."
