Only an overnight stay to attend a local function but as an elderly couple we were very impressed by friendly staff, clean, large ground floor room overlooking beautiful gardens and an excellent buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great staff at this hotel. Made us feel like friends rather than guests.

Room perfect. Breakfast not great. Stayed 2 nights and arrived at 0940 for breakfast on day 1. Hot food not available in full. Day 2 arrived much earlier and again hot food not available in full and had to wait for bacon etc.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It is a convenient spot to stay while visiting Newgrange. The reopening of the restaurant will add to the hotel’s appeal.

The most beautiful room (and grounds) we have stayed in. And the reception and bar staff were also beautiful, friendly and made us feel so comfortable there. It will long remain in our memory as a very positive place in our travels.

While traveling from South Carolina to see the north of Ireland we stayed only one night and it was a perfect spot for us. Very nice accommodations and close to the Newgrange site which we came to see. The garden area was also a visual treat.

Lovely comfortable room & bathroom. Staff all very cheerfully helpful. Breakfast substantial, delicious, with lots of choices. A very nice stay. Wish I could have stayed longer in this peaceful, charming place.

Room was of a high level, bed very comfortable, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels as well. The staff were all very polite and helpful. I had a lovely few days stay

Booked a room for myself and my partner as we needed a little break away from work life and we were welcomed by the lovely staff they couldn't have been any more helpful they were fantastic. We went off adventuring and taking in everything historical in and around drogheda and came back to the beautiful grounds. Bed was comfy and cosy and the room was spacious and clean. Would recommend to family and friends to stay here as we will definitely be back again. Thank you for having us

We had a very pleasant stay at the Boyne Valley Hotel on August 19 last. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The chap taking care of guests in the bar chatted away to us and we really enjoyed a few drinks. The breakfast staff were especially warm, friendly and all in all it was a lovely experience. The rooms are beautiful as are the grounds. Some area of the hotel are due an upgrade but a very comfortable and friendly place to stay.

Beautiful hotel converted from old 19th century mansion. Clean, quiet, and set back from the road. Couldn't use the pool or hot tub as they were closed for refurbishment, but the grounds are lovely to relax in. Restaurant was closed for dinners but they offered a full english breakfast which was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I will be staying there again.

We loved our stay. The room was absolutely beautiful and the staff were friendly and professional.

I made 12 room reservations for a reunion meeting of our Women group.My team members were extremely delighted with the rooms, courteous staff and ambiance of the meeting room. The breakfast was lovely. We are coming back again
