Q. What time is check in?
A. Check in time is from 15:00.
Q. Can I check in at an earlier time?
A. Whilst we cannot guarantee early check in, we will do our best to facilitate early access to rooms.
Q. What time is check out?
A. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
Q. Is there any chance for a later check out?
A. A late check out is subject to availability. It is possible to have a late check out for €20 until 2pm15:00.
Q. Do you hold luggage before check in and after check out?
A. We would gladly store luggage for the guests before check in and after check out.
Q. What are the times for breakfast?
A. Breakfast is served from 7 – 11 AM on weekdays and 8 – 11 AM on weekends
Q. Do the room rates include breakfast?
A. The room rates do include breakfast.
Q. What other facilities are available at the hotel?
A. There is a restaurant and full bar in the hotel. There is also leisure facilities with a swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, Steam Room & Jacuzzi
Q. What time is dinner served in the restaurant?
A. Our Restaurant opens for dinning from 5pm – 9pm. Our Bistro Menu runs throughout the day between 12pm – 9pm.
Q. Is parking available at the hotel?
A. Parking is available and it is also free of charge.
Q. Is there an en-suite in all the bedrooms?
A. Yes there is an en-suite bathroom in all of the bedrooms.
Q. Does the hotel provide a hairdryer in every room?
A. Yes, every room is equipped with a hairdryer.
Q. Are there amenities available in the rooms?
A. Each room has tea & coffee making facilities.
Q. Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?
A. Yes, the hotel has wheelchair ramps and accessible rooms with walk in showers.
Q. Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
A. We are a non-smoking hotel however we have smoking areas outside.
Q. What does the ‘no show’ policy entail?
A. If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we charge their card the amount of the first night’s stay.
Q. Does the hotel have an ATM or a cash machine?
A. There is no ATM available at the hotel. However card payments are accepted throughout the hotel.
Q. Is room service available?
A. Room service is available in the hotel.
Q. Does the leisure centre have a spa?
A. No, the leisure centre consists of a fully equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool.
Q. What are the times for the leisure centre?
A. The leisure centre is open from 6:30 am – 10 pm on Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am – 9 pm on Fridays and 8 am – 7pm on Saturday and Sundays.
Q. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
A. No, we do not allow pets in the hotel. Licenced service animals are permitted
Q. Does the hotel have air conditioning?
A. We do not have air conditioning in the hotel, however we provide fans on request.
Q. Are there cribs available for children?
A. Baby cots are available at the hotel.
Q. Is there a shuttle bus from the hotel into Drogheda town / Dublin Airport?
A. No, there are no shuttle buses running from the hotel to Drogheda town / Dublin Airport. We can arrange taxis instead.
Q. How far is the bus stop going to Dublin from the hotel?
A. Drogheda bus station is approximately 10 minutes away by car and 25 minutes by walking.
Q. How far away is Battle of the Boyne Site / Slane Castle / Drogheda town?
A. Battle of the Boyne Site – 7.7km, Slane Castle – 18.7km and Drogheda town – 3.5km.
Q. How far away is Dublin Airport?
A. Dublin Airport is 40km away by car, 25 minutes.
Q. What is the closest beach and how far away is it?
A.The closest beach to the hotel is Mornington/Bettystown beach which is 7.6km away by car.
Q. Do you have any rooms that can accommodate 3 adults?
A. We have triple rooms available in the hotel. This room consists of one double bed and one single bed which can accommodate 3 adults.
Q. Can I cancel my booking?
A. Depending on what package you have booked, prepaid rates are non cancellable, regular rates have a 24 hour cancellation policy - this applys only to bookings made on the Hotel Website.
